Event Description

The Shelby County 4-H Livestock Club is a group of dedicated volunteer leaders and members, whose main focus is on helping young people learn about livestock.  Whether you are interested in cattle, sheep, hogs, or goats, we have members who share the same interests and can help you with your project.

If you're not sure you want to take the plunge yet and buy an animal to exhibit, no problem, feel free to come to a livestock club meeting and talk to someone who can answer any questions you may have. Also, if you feel like you don't know where to start with a project, there are plenty of us who have been there and would be happy to help you get started and answer questions along the way.

The January meeting will be held at the extension office.

The February meeting will be at Alcorn Farm. For the address please call the extension office.
